When your pet needs a vet, start here.
A routine consultation is often the simplest first step when something has changed, you have a health concern, or your pet needs ongoing care.
What happens when you arrive?
Palm Gardens' routine consultations are first-come-first-served during the published consulting hours. You do not need an appointment for a routine consultation.
If your visit is for a service that requires preparation or scheduling, contact the clinic before arriving.
What can a consultation help with?
A veterinary consultation gives you a place to discuss changes in your pet's health, behaviour or wellbeing with the veterinary team and decide what should happen next.
Bring any relevant information you have about your pet and be ready to explain what you have noticed, when it started and whether anything has changed.
The clinic can tell you whether you should arrive for a routine consultation or arrange a specific service.
